Bikelight vending machine

The following probably sounds familiar: it's gotten late at work or in the gym, and suddenly it's dark outside. It just so happens you've forgotten your bicycle lights.
How nice is it if there is a bicyclelight vending machine nearby? Place a bicycle light at e.g. the railway station, at colleges and universities or in public bicycle sheds and bicycle owners will thank you. The lights can be printed with your own logo. It doesn't get any easier than this: never cycle home in an unsafe way again or get a fine.
